There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Central Park Carriage Ride in New York Description

Capable of accommodating up to four passengers, this can become a great couples, friend or family experience. The kids are welcome to pet and feed the horse, whose name is Romeo. Our goal is to provide visitors with an enchanting experience and a lasting memory of a tradition that is undeniably New York.

Please Note: All prices are PER CARRIAGE, NOT per person. By law, the capacity of each carriage is limited to 4 adults. Children under the age of 12 count as half of an adult.

Due to the necessity of scheduling, our carriage rides are set up for the 40-minute period beginning at the tour time you choose. If you arrive late to the meeting point, that time will be deducted from your 40 minute tour time.
